Programme Overview

The Master of Science (MSc) in Special Needs Children (Challenging Behaviour) offered by Perdana University is distinctive in that it also broadens its audience beyond those in the health professions. It is a comprehensive programme aimed at developing an interdisciplinary understanding of behavioural issues surrounding children with special needs. The coursework delves into challenging behaviours exhibited by these children and equips students with the necessary skills to address and support them effectively.

Entry Requirements

Local students :
i. A Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by the Senate of Perdana University;
OR
ii. A Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs or related fields or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the Senate of Perdana University;
OR
iii. Other relevant qualifications approved by the Senate of Perdana University.

International students :
i. A Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by the Senate of Perdana University;
OR
ii. A Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs or related fields or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the Senate of Perdana University;
OR
iii. Other relevant qualifications approved by the Senate of Perdana University.

English Language Requirements

A minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent for international students.
