Programme Overview
The MBA in Healthcare Management provides a high-level fusion of traditional business strategy and specialised healthcare leadership. The first half of the programme builds a rigorous executive foundation, mastering essential pillars such as financial management, strategic marketing, and data analytics. The programme culminates in a Capstone Project, where students apply their cumulative knowledge to solve a real-world healthcare challenge — ensuring graduates emerge as versatile leaders capable of navigating the complexities of modern health systems and hospital administration.
Entry Requirements
i. Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) in Business Administration with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the University Senate; OR
ii. Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) in business administration fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
iii. Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, as accepted by the University Senate, and with relevant work experience, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
iv. Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, as accepted by the University Senate, and without relevant work experience, subject to passing pre-requisite courses; OR
v. Other equivalent or related qualifications to a Bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government.
English Language Requirements
Local Students: MUET Band 4
International Students: IELTS 6.0 (Equivalent to CEFR Mid B2)
