Programme Overview
Perdana University is proud to introduce the first MSc in Occupational Therapy (Graduate Entry) programme in the region, a groundbreaking initiative that opens doors to a rewarding career in occupational therapy for individuals with diverse academic backgrounds. This programme provides a unique pathway for graduates with non-Occupational Therapy (OT) first degrees to become qualified occupational therapists, addressing the growing need for skilled professionals in this field.
Entry Requirements
i. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.50 in any field (except Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy), as accepted by the Senate of Perdana University;
OR
ii. A Bachelor’s degree in any field (except Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy) with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 (and not meeting a CGPA of 2.5) can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment (e.g. interview, related certification studies, working experience of 5 years).

English Language Requirements
Achieve a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent for international students.

Note: Students must fulfil 1000 hours of clinical placement as recommended by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT)
